Portfolio | Case Study Client Name: BOSCH India Limited
Project Type: Industrial Facility
Location: Satpur MIDC, Nashik.
Project Size: 2,70,000+ Sq. Ft. PROJECT DESCIPTION This project involved the design and construction of large-scale steel hybrid shed for BOSCH India Limited. Combining the durability of steel with the flexibility of hybrid construction methods, the shed was designed to house Heavy and Complex Machineries. Our team faced the challenges of balancing structural integrity. cost-efficiency and time constraints, while also accommodating complex site conditions. KEY FEATURES OF STEEL HYBRID SHED 1. Custom-Engineered hybrid steel frame with Optimized Load Distribution. 2. Integration of advanced Safety Systems, Lighting & Ventilation. 3. Complex Foundation Design tailored to the site's geological conditions. 4. Maximization Scope of usage while maintaining structural efficiency. CHALLENGES 1. Complex Site Conditions: The project site had specific geological challenges, including uneven terrain and variable soil conditions. This requires significant attention to foundation design and load distribution to ensure long-term structure stability. 2. Load Bearing Complexity: The integration of different machineries such as girder cranes etc. the shed required careful planning to ensure load distribution. 3. Hybrid Design Requirement: The integration of different structural elements for specific industrial application called for innovative hybrid design solution. 4. Environmental Factors: The design Accounted for Exposure to high winds and varying temperatures, ensuring long term resilience and safety. OUTCOME This Steel Hybrid Shed Project demonstrates our ability to tackle Large Scale, Technically Demanding Projects. The final design is resilient, optimized structure meeting all functional and safety requirements. The project was completed on Time, with Minimal Waste & Exceptional Client Satisfaction.
