Portfolio | Case Study Client Name: IHBL

Project Type: Petrochemical Receiving Facility.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Project Size: 1,80,000+ Sq. Ft. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The LPG Bottling Plant Project involved design and structural engineering of a state-of-the-art facility for the efficient bottling and storage of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG). The plant is critical infrastructure designed to meet high safety standards while optimizing operational efficiency and scalability. The project included both the design of primary structural elements as well as integration with specialized LPG storage and bottling equipment. The facility serves a high-demand industrial market, requiring robust engineering solutions that ensure the long-term safety and stability of the structure under dynamic loads and environmental conditions. KEY FEATURES OF LPG BOTTLING PLANT 1. Concrete foundation for Heavy LPG Storage Tanks. 2. Steel framing & Supporting structures for bottling line and auxiliary facilities.

3. Detailed load analysis considering Dynamic [Wind, Seismic] & Static.

4. Safety checks to withstand potential pressure variations in LPG tanks. CHALLENGES 1. Designing For Dynamic Load: The need to design a structure that could handle Dynamic loads from both the LPG gas and potential seismic forces in the region. 2. Integration of Specialized Systems: Ensuring the structural system integrated smoothly with sophisticated LPG bottling and storage system while maintaining safety. 3. Fire Resistant & Explosion- Proof Design: Designing structural elements with fire-resistant coating and hazardous nature of LPG. 4. Safety & Clearance: The facility design to comply with stringent safety standards due to its proximity to volatile materials. OUTCOME The LPG Bottling Plant Project was successfully completed, meeting all INDIAN REGULATOTY COMPLIENCE STANDARDS, including those for safety, hazardous material handling and structural integrity. The design incorporated advanced safety measures, such as explosion proof and fire-resistant materials, ensuring the highest level of protection for both personnel and the facility. The structural solutions were optimized for Performance & Cost Efficiency, allowing the plant to operate safely and efficiently. The client was Highly Satisfied with the project's outcome, appreciating the Timely Delivery, Seamless Coordination and adherence to both Budget & Regulatory Requirements, which reinforced our commitments to excellence and client focused solutions.
